Analyst 

Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Analyst to strengthen our ERP and EDI support operations.
The role involves analyzing ServiceNow tickets, reproducing client-reported issues, documenting findings, and coordinating with developers and QA to ensure smooth and timely defect resolution.
You’ll also support EDI integrations with trading partners and validate ERP configurations across order, shipping, invoicing, and accounting modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and triage support tickets via ServiceNow.
• Reproduce and document issues in local or client test environments with clear steps, logs, and screenshots.
• Identify if the issue is data/configuration or functional/bug-related and escalate accordingly.
• Prepare complete defect documentation for developers with environment and module details.
• Coordinate testing and validation between QA, Dev, and Client teams.
• Support EDI transaction flows (850, 810, 856, 832, 855, 852) and resolve partner communication issues.
• Review ERP setups to meet internal/external business requirements.
• Track ticket-to-defect traceability and ensure proper closure documentation.

Skills & Experience

RPA Developer (UiPath)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath applications.
• Analyze and document current business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Create detailed technical design documents (TDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
