Phil Friedman founded Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. (GGS) and led the company as President & CEO for more than four decades. During that time, the IT solutions firm diversified and grew into an enterprise that employed more than 8,000 people and served customers in 48 countries.
Phil now serves as the Executive Chairman of CGS, trading as BlueCherry. He is also the Executive Chairman of independent CGS companies—CGS Immersive and CGS Nexus—operating in enterprise learning and business process outsourcing, respectively. Born in the former Soviet Union, Phil Friedman immigrated to New York after 12 years in the electronics industry. With degrees in Engineering, Economics, and Finance, and further studies in Information Systems in the U.S., he launched CGS in 1984. Under his leadership, CGS earned accolades from Inc. Magazine, Deloitte, Crain’s, and Ernst & Young, who named him Entrepreneur of the Year. Phil was also awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honour and an honorary doctorate from Yeshiva University.

Paul Magel is President of Computer-Generated Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in 1997 and brings extensive technology, supply chain and fashion industry expertise.
Paul leads global strategy and innovation for the award-winning BlueCherry® Enterprise Suite and Cloud/MSP services. Under his stewardship, he has transformed BlueCherry into a powerful, end-to-end supply chain platform, supporting ERP, PLM, eCommerce, and logistics, for top fashion, apparel, and lifestyle brands. He has also expanded CGS’s global footprint with delivery centres in North America, Europe, and India.

Danijela Ceh

Danijela Ceh is Vice President of Finance for Computer Generated Solutions, Inc., overseeing FP&A, strategic planning, and internal audit.
Danijela oversees financial planning, reporting, and internal audit for BlueCherry. A Chartered Certified Accountant with over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, audit, and FP&A, she plays a key role in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision making. Danijela also helps lead strategic initiatives to support business growth across the company.

Neil Dorman

Neil Dorman, VP of Development and Support, joined CGS in 2002 as an intern and now leads the ASD development and support teams, driving innovation and service excellence.
Neil oversees the ASD development and support organisation. He leads the team responsible for delivering new features to BlueCherry platforms and managing help desk operations. Neil’s deep technical expertise and strategic vision ensure high performance, innovation, and a seamless user experience across the BlueCherry Enterprise Suite and other software solutions.

Jim Falino

Jim Falino, a CGS leader since 2001, brings over 30 years of experience in software, customer service, and management with full P&L responsibility across ERP and supply chain systems.
Jim oversees research and development for BlueCherry ERP, tailored to the consumer goods sector, where he leads teams across design, EDI, QA, R&D, and customer support. He played a pivotal role in launching the flagship ERP platform, now supporting a 400-member division, and has led over 200 successful software projects. With deep domain expertise and a focus on innovation, Jim has driven major efficiency gains, reducing labour costs by 55% through offshore development while advancing platform capabilities.
